Dog Hotel
Locanda Don Serafino is happy to welcome your four-legged friend. We kindly ask you to advise us in advance to give your travelling companion the best comfort.
We inform you that our dwelling welcomes only dogs, because of some allergy problems which affect some people on our team.
Small dogs are welcome for a maximum weight of 15 kg.
If you need to make a request that involves other pets, please send an email to booking@locandadonserafino.it.
Each four-legged friend will be welcomed with a “Dog Hotel” kit that includes the following benefits:
- Soft pillow
- Daily room cleaning
- Set of bowls for water and kibble
- Kibble for the entire stay
- Hygiene kit including crossbar and disposable hygiene bags
- Dog welcome
- Complimentary toy
Please take note that the rate for the “Dog Hotel” service is Euro 30,00 per night, per dog.
The rate can be modified without any notification. The hotel will keep the rates of all those services previously guaranteed and confirmed by email.
To ensure that you and your pet may have a good stay, please read our rules:
- It is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the room as it can cause damage to your absence.
- If the pet causes some damages, the owner will be responsible.
- For the safety of our staff, please inform us when the animal is not in the room and it is possible to clean the room.
- If the animal causes noise that disturbs other guests, you will be notified.
- Pets are allowed in the hotel common areas only if accompanied by a leash; they also are allowed in the restaurant and breakfast room on request.
- This service is available in all typologies of rooms, except Standard rooms.
- The service should be booked in advance.
