Temporary Restaurant in Milan by Locanda Don Serafino

When Milan calls, the Sicily answers.

Vincenzo Candiano, two starred Michelin Chef of Locanda Don Serafino of Ragusa Ibla, from the 21st to 27th of March will be on business trip in Milan with a temporary restaurant. The calling arrived directly from the Ottagono Restaurant & Lounge of Milan of Hotel TownHouse Galleria, that is situated inside the famous Gallery Vittorio Emanuele II of Milan, one of the oldest malls in the world.

Seven days dedicated to the Sicilians wine and food excellences. The Chef Candiano, helped by the Chef Salvatore Carpenzano, will propose a fish menu of four courses , one meat menu of four courses and one mixed menu of seven courses that gather both.

Each course of these three menus will be proposed with a match of Strada del Vino del Cerasuolo wines and other Sicilian wines.

The temporary restaurant will be opened only for dinner.
