Christmas is coming and we love spending time with parents, friends and family that come just for few days. Guess, food and wine are always on!

In view of the end of the year, we inquire Vincenzo Candiano to reveal New Year’s Eve menu of Locanda Don Serafino that you can enjoy with a journey to hotel.

New Year’s Eve

Sea Mosaic with lobster, caviar, fish and seaweed

Artichoke heart stuffed with truffle royale, goat robiola cheese  with red fruits and shallot, pumpkin with black cardamom

Red Ceasar salad with confit duck leg and red orange dressing

Rigatoni stuffed with blu crab, broccoli and mozzarella flavoured with baked lemon and crab sauce

John Dory fish fillet in crust of aromatic herbs with vellutè of white “brodetto” and seafood

Braised mock tender beef with Nero D’Avola wine and Jerusalem artichoke foam, lentils and cotechino salad

Mango, almond milk, pomegranate and mint

Choux with praline sesame nougat mousse, caramelized pear and citrus essence

Midnight toast

Policy for food allergies intolerances
Given the complexity of the menu, we invite guests to communicate by December 27th any food allergies and/or intolerances to which we can guarantee changes to the recipes (gluten free, no dairy, no nuts, no shellfish and seafood).

For additional requests outside the above-mentioned allergens and always communicated to us by December 27th, we reserve the right to find tailor-made solutions with the customer with the additional charge of € 50,00 per modified menu to guarantee the performance of the service. No recipe may be changed without prior notice.
