Christmas is coming and we love spending time with parents, friends and family that come just for few days. Guess, food and wine are always on!

In view of the end of the year, we inquire Vincenzo Candiano to reveal New Year’s Eve menu of Locanda Don Serafino that you can enjoy with a journey to hotel.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

Mare crudo(selection of raw fish)

Winter tomato with warm caciocavallo cheese foam, marinated buffalo meat tartare with artichoke cooked on embers, herbs and wildflowers

Lobster sprinkled with lime and raspberry risotto powder, caramelized onion gel and black garlic bisque

Ravioli filled with Mediterranean crab, Jerusalem artichoke with almond milk sauce and truffle

Roasted John Dory fish fillet with broccoli purée, cauliflower soup velouté and caviar, braised shallot

Brisket of Sicilian beef with black lentil warm pudding from Leonforte, vegetables and mustard leafs

Pistachio sorbet, ricotta foam and Christmas sauce

Caramel cake with apple and quince, donkey milk ice-cream and Tonka bean

Given the complexity of the menu, we invite guests to communicate by December 27th any food allergies and/or intolerances to which we can guarantee changes to the recipes (gluten free, no dairy, no nuts, no shellfish and seafood).

For additional requests outside the above-mentioned allergens and always communicated to us by December 27th, we reserve the right to find tailor-made solutions with the customer with the additional charge of € 50,00 per modified menu to guarantee the performance of the service. No recipe may be changed without prior notice.
